I’ve never done yoga before!!
Can I come to any class and do I need to book in advance?
All of our classes are great for beginners. Bikram Yoga is excellent for beginners, it is designed as a beginners yoga series. The great thing about it is that while everyone is doing the same pose, they are all at different stages of the pose from the set up through to the full expression. It’s great for a beginning or an advanced student. Everyone’s body is different and everyone enters with their own capabilities, physical conditioning, habits, injuries and so forth.
You are very welcome at every and any class on the timetable.
Ideally, you will sign up via the Mindbody app and book into class. If you don’t have time to book, you can just turn up at the studio and there will always be room.
How often should I come?
Like anything benefits come from practice and patience. We recommend that you practice a minimum of 3 times per week. You will notice the cumulative effect of a regular practice. Each time you attend builds on the benefits of the previous class. It is important not to leave too many days between visits so your body muscle memory doesn’t revert back to square one.
