I've always had a passion for the body and movement, being involved in various forms of gymnastics and dancing, and constantly seeking out new ways to move and feel better.
When I was 19 years old, I attended my first yoga session in Chile, my home country. Ten years later, in 2012, while living in Mexico, I got the chance to become a yoga teacher, which completely changed my life.
In the first class that I guided I said to myself "this is what I want to do for the rest of my life". Teaching yoga, I found the opportunity to help others to feel better in their own bodies, relieving chronic pain and feeling calmed and happier.
When you practise yoga, you start feeling better in your body overall. Discomforts disappear or are reduced, your energy is elevated, your mood changes, your mind gets clearer, and you transmit this peace and happiness to others.
I am keen to continue learning more about yoga, anatomy, the mind and meditation, as well as anything else relevant to health.
