In 2007 Meghann went to her first Bikram class in London and from that moment she was hooked! “I absolutely love the heat, the familiarity of the sequence and the ability to use breath to control my mind. I’ve always found comfort in the 26&2 hot yoga class. It doesn’t matter how bad my day has been, I always leave the class feeling better. It is a healing 90 minutes. A period of open eyed meditation where you have no option other than to focus on yoga and your breath. It gives your mind some peace, while strengthening and toning your body. I love it”.
